My research focuses on advancing understanding in key areas critical to organizational success: transformational leadership, employee engagement, organizational culture, and trust in the workplace. I explore how leadership adaptation influences organizational effectiveness, how engagement strategies drive performance and retention, and how cultivating a strong, inclusive culture supports innovation and growth. Central to my work is the role of trust as a foundation for high-performing, resilient organizations. My research aims to bridge theory and practice, offering actionable insights for leaders navigating today’s complex business environments.
